DriverPit is built and run by one person. There is no support desk and no ticket system — mail arrives at the address below and I read all of it. Be specific and I will do my best to be useful.
Usually answered within a few days. It is one person, so sometimes longer.
What to write about
- Something is broken
- A guess that scored wrong, a duel that hung, a page that will not load. Tell me what you did, what happened instead, and which browser you were using — plus the date, if it was a daily puzzle. That is usually enough for me to find it.
- Your account or your data
- Deleting your account, getting a copy of what is stored about you, or correcting your display name. Write from the address the account uses if you have one; if you play as a guest, tell me the display name shown in Settings.
- A driver's stats look wrong
- Wins, teams, debut years and nationalities come from an open dataset that is refreshed weekly, so an error is often upstream rather than mine — but please tell me anyway. I would much rather check and pass it on than leave a wrong comparison in the game.
- Anything else
- Feature ideas, a mode you would like, a question about the project, or just to say the puzzle has become part of your morning. All of it is welcome.
Elsewhere
Puzzle notes and the occasional piece of F1 trivia. These are not support channels — email is faster and I will not lose it.
